The highly anticipated FnaticMSI PLAY Counter-Strike 1.6 Cup is set to kick off tonight with 32 teams going head to head for some fantastic prizes.

With only a few hours until check-in begins, we would like to give you an update about all the information you require to play tonight in the FnaticMSI PLAY CS 1.6 Cup!

The map pool has been decided; there will be set maps for the first three rounds and then tomorrow for for the semi-final and grand final there will be five maps in the pool with teams being able to remove/pick their desired maps.

MAPS

Round 1: de_dust2
Round 2: de_nuke
Round 3: de_inferno

With each round being BO3, the team that loses the first map will decide the next map from the map pool. Please note that there aren't any map bans for the first three rounds.

The two other maps in tomorrow's matches are de_tuscan and de_train. Meaning there will be five maps in the pool, the team on the left side in the match will remove/pick the first map.

The check-in begins at 17:00 CET and you can check-in HERE. The check-in button will appear on the left hand side under the "Rules" tab. Please note that only ONE player from each team needs to check-in the team.

Important Information

- All teams that check-in and get into tournament must idle in #fnatic.play IRC channel on the Quakenet network. This is the only meeting point and at least one representative from each team must be there.
- Every match will be played with EASY ANTI CHEAT client. We will provide EAC on the servers so all players need to do is download it from this link.
- VAC Servers do not support EAC, which means that it will not be possible to play on VAC Servers. Please note that the FnaticMSI EAC Server can be found under the international tab.
- Complete your team rosters. Teams without 5 members on their team on PLAY website will not be able to join. To create/join a team is simple follow this link. If you are joining an already created team, select "Pick an existing team option", pick your team from the list, enter the password set by team creator, and you will be on the roster.
- Enter your Steam ID via the Dashboard. Every player must have this entered.
The check-in is done on the TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW which wll appear at 17:00 until 17:45 CET.
