Teams from all over Europe went head to head in a 32 man bracket, leaving one question, who is through to the Quarter-Finals?
With DreamHack Summer just one week away, FnaticMSI PLAY organized yet another HoN Cup sponsored by Steelseries and BigFoot Networks, in order to prepare teams for the upcoming event. Due to the issues within HoN tonight, several teams decided to pull out and wait for HoN to be fully functioning. This meant the bracket was reduced to 32 teams, still leaving plenty of matches to make another great PLAY event.
At 20:00 CET, teams began checking-in and preparing themselves for a night of matches. Tonight the first two rounds were played, with both being BO1, there was no room for mistakes. With teams like Online-Kingdom and SGTY playing, some teams were there hoping to make a name for themselves. However the top teams lived up to their reputation and delivered what was seen as a great performance.
Tomorrow the 3rd Round will be played and there are some fantastic matches to look forward to. In order for the community to enjoy these games, HONCAST are going to be casting the games LIVE! Starting off with Online-Kingdom Vs. World War at 20:00 CET and going all the way to the Grand Final.
Schedule
Saturday 11th June
Round 3: Online-Kingdom vs World War Entertainment at 20:00 CET (Casted by HONCAST)
Round 3: 21:00 CET (BO1) (Casted by HONCAST)
Semi-Finals: 22:00 CET (BO3) (Casted by HONCAST)
Sunday 12th June
Grand Final: TBA (Casted by HONCAST)
PLEASE NOTE:
The reason Online-Kingdom Vs. World War is before the other Round 3 matches is to give HonCast and the community a chance to see more action. HonCast will continue to cast the rest of the HoN action and the Grand Final on Sunday.
